I have been a resident of this building for multiple years and in that time ownership of the property has changed multiple times. Each time it has changed hands it has only gotten worse. Packages are opened and stolen on a regular basis, the AC barely works in the summer, and don't EVER expect to have hot water because you NEVER will. When these issues have been brought up over the better part of the year managment has been unwilling or unable to address any of the problems.
