We've lived here 8 years and don't plan on leaving. The huge windows have been replaced, and are an asset. There's a private park and grill area and a new gym on the first floor. Given the square footage, amenities and location it is a huge bargain. This is because it's an old rustic building that was renovated a while ago, but we love it. Note: Living ANYWHERE downtown can be a bit "spicy" at times but we've never felt unsafe. We love the energy of living downtown and being walking or light... rail distance to the Banks and OTR: stadiums, music, river walks/running, restaurants, library, Findlay Market, shopping, etc.

Just Fair
This place is in a great location. That is about all that is good about it. It is noisy, especially since construction is going on next door and is reportedly going to happen across the street soon; the windows are horrible (blinds move in the winter because they are so drafty); dogs urinate and poo everywhere; people are not very social; it is expensive; and the building is old. Management acts like they care and then drag their feet on everything. Also, since the casino moved in, downtown is... different--not in a good way. I would not recommend it.
