I lived in the 3761 building for a year and had a good experience. It was mine and my girlfriend’s first apartment together and Ken was very good to us as tenants. Conveniently placed near I-275 and not far from I-75 and I-71. You have a gem of a viewing and nature experience by having a trail that leads to Sharon Woods which we made use of many times. Not a premium unit or experience but was a good one, especially for the price!

I've now lived here for over two years and I have not had a single problem. The building is older, but my apartment was renovated just before I moved in. Maintenance is almost always on-site and they seem to take good care of the property. Overall, if you're looking for a decent, no-hassle place to live then these apartments are certainly worth checking out.

I am a 54 year old having to return to school due to a disability which prevents me from doing my former profession. I went there to see if they would rent to me so I could be near my school. My mother is a cosigner and I have student grants and loans. No. I don't have a job so I cant rent an apt. there. Rude is what I would describe the rental person.
