I lived in this apartment for one year. The amenities are truly misrepresented; there are no ice makers in the refrigerators, and the (now one) washer and dryers are continuously in repair with no real fixes or replacements. We have repeat issues with leaks and other weather-related issue. The unit I live in has no heating other than a button on the ac unit that doesn't work. We have had numerous gas leaks and the city has been notified of the lack of care for this building. Also, I have... vacuumed the main stairs because no one comes to do it anymore. Packages are stolen here, the back door is not secure so anyone can get in and they don't care to fix it. I am probably missing plenty of other issues. But you get what you pay for. Cheap rent= no care.
