A Nice Place to Live
I have lived at Montgomery Plaza for over five years and it has been a great experience.
I love the location with easy access to I-71 from nearby Stewart Road. Also Silverton is adjacent to Kenwood for any mall shopping needs and Deer Park which has a really nice park in Chamberlin Park.
The staff here is super responsive if I have any needs or maintenance or repairs that need to be done. They are often completed in one days time and I always get an update on what the issue was and how it was... resolved.
It is within walking distance of some smaller restaurants and bars which is really nice, even when the weather is colder it is still and easy walk to grab something to eat or drink.
Also, I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors, everyone that has lived adjacent to me has been very considerate of noise levels and have been friendly.
I feel fortunate I found a place here when I was looking. The cost to value has worked out perfect for me and my living needs.

Happy here!
I have been living here for 8 yrs now and I am very happy here. It's quiet, everyone that I've met has been friendly. The buildings are clean and safe. It's close to shopping and restaurants and much more. I can't say enough about the manager Lisa and maintenance man George. They go above and beyond to help with anything.

I have lived here for 10 years I am Leaving because I am moving to another state. The management is very good. They respond quickly to and concerns. The maintenance people are very knowledgeable I have enjoyed living here It is very close to any type of store that you need. I would recommend this place.
