I’m ready to move out of here. They wanna charge people for blinds!!! Please don’t move here!! If you don’t pay the charge for the blinds you get evicted!!

I would not recommend living here. The apartment was full of roaches when we moved in and cars are being broken into every other day. One night our neighbor started shooting at a car thief and they started shooting back toward our building. I feel lucky we made it out of there without getting shot. Don’t let the gate fool you. It is not a safe place to live.

I love the new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood feels safe but.....This place is annoyingly noisy...there’s constant rumbling sounds through out the entire apartment. Loud, vibrations coming from the ceilings and floors, I feel like I’m living in a warehouse. I talked to my neighbors who lives next door to me and they told me the same thing.

have really enjoyed my 4 years here. like everyone i have checked around but cant find a nicer place for the money. manger and staff are the best. so i would highly recommend montana valley apts.

The maintenance and front desk staff is very nice. Although not much money is put in to fixing the place correctly. Instead they spend money on Band-Aids. It is fairly quiet and family oriented.
