Comfortable and quiet Just moved here and so far it’s awesome. Move in was quick and easy. Maintenance was quick about fixing a few things.

Kennedy's Landing is a perfect place to live! The owners are EXTREMELY nice and help with any problems as quickly as possible. The maintenance man is very handy and promptly resolves any issues that there might be. It is family friendly with a great playground and a pool. The Clubhouse is absolutely beautiful, as everything has been recently updated, and can be rented out for birthday parties/showers/etc. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. It is located in a very convenient area with... lots of dining options close by. I definitely recommend Kennedy's Landing to anyone who is looking for a great community!

The townhomes are very nice, but should anything go wrong they are the cheapest people ever. The manager refused to hire actual professionals to fix the problem, and instead uses people who live on the property. She continues to ignore requests for bathroom light bulb changes, leaky sink, and broken garage door. She’s also very unprofessional, she argues with you about the problem instead of fixing it. Everyone else who works here is pleasant. My best advice, go elsewhere.

Great place to to live and close to everything for work and pleasure. The convenience also close to the Airport. The owners and manger are very nice and with there follow ups with maintenance issues. I highly recommend Kennedy's Landing to any persons looking for a place to call home. Very clean grounds.
