Run
Been begging the landlord for months now to come spray for bugs… He’ll say he’s got an appointment with the exterminator and they never come.

Pretty Basic
I honestly haven’t had an unpleasant experience living here. The apartment had new countertops, carpeting, etc. when I moved in and was very clean. Even though the building is pretty old, you don’t really feel it. However, the water bill here is astronomical. I live by myself and am paying $60-$100 in water every month which leaves me to believe that they may be splitting the water evenly between the tenets, but there’s really nothing management can do about that. The ladies in the office are... really nice and easy to get a hold of, I haven’t had any maintenance issues so I can’t speak on the efficiency of that. The only reason I don’t love it is because I just don’t feel like I’m getting enough bang for my buck, the apartments are pretty basic and there are no real amenities so you’re really just paying for the zip code. A lot of people complain about the parking but that really only becomes a slight issue if you come home super late at night. Overall it’s a pretty good place to live, I just personally feel it’s a bit overpriced
