Generally - I appreciate a lot of things about this place. It has been my home for five years or so and three years or so for my mother in law. You get a ground floor single story unit, sometimes with a small lawn. Pet friendly. Getting around and accessing businesses is convenient from this location as well. But, the apartments are smaller and older. And under previous management, a lot of typical maintenance that is done for a community had been bad, done halfway, or we had to do it ourselves... .
This could be turning around a bit, as better work is starting to be done with new management. I have seen them addressing core issues. They've hired better quality companies. They've offered a bit more stability and space. They inherited a mess.
However, under current management I've had emails ignored and seen increased reliance on AI. There were seemingly antagonistic, vague communications from them instead of just reaching out and explaining things. And as usual the concern that continues is the greed of these companies already funneling money to millionaires / billionaires and constantly asking for more money from average workers who are just getting by/older folks with fixed incomes. Especially when we as customers were put in a bad situation by previous mishandlings. Would absolutely recommend! This is a great property with a manager who actually cares about the property and their tenants.

I have lived at Daniel Court for a few years now and I absolutely love it! The one floor living and private patio are great! The staff are friendly and great to work with as well! Even though every restaurant, grocery store, and tons of shopping are literally 5 minutes or less to get too, it is an extremely quiet area to where you don't even realize all that is so close!
