The review from 2017 is still accurate. I unfortunately live here right now and have since August and am counting down the days until my lease is up. I’ve had an awful cough since I moved in i think it’s from the mold everywhere, water leaking from ceiling, dishwasher broken, bedroom door doesn’t shut, heat doesn’t work, no ac unit provided had to buy my own, kitchen sink leaks, and the landlord will not fix any of these issues. He is rude and does not care about the tenants.

AWFUL APARTMENT AND LANDLORD
I lived here for a year and the landlord NEVER fixed the SIX leaks in our roof even though we asked him to multiple times. We had to keep buckets all around and they would fill with gross brown water. The bathroom was also moldy and disgusting. There was also no AC and the window was falling apart and couldn't fit a window unit. The windows in the stairway are all broken so during storms all the doors rattle.
