I had a great experience living at 2354 Victor Street. The house is completely renovated and features brand-new appliances throughout, which made it feel modern and comfortable from day one. The landlord, Brian, was an excellent landlord—very helpful, responsive, and reliable. Anytime I needed something, he handled it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He was always easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about the property and tenants. The house is a... great 3-bedroom located right off campus—about a 10-minute walk, if that, which was extremely convenient. One of the biggest perks is the garage, which most houses in the area don’t have and was a huge bonus. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, and the house has a comfortable living room that’s perfect for having friends over. While there isn’t a backyard, there’s a great hangout space in the front yard above the garage, which made up for it and was a fun spot to spend time with friends. Overall, this is an awesome house in a great location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live near campus.

Wonderful property, newly renovated, great location
This has been by far one of the best places I’ve rented in Clifton. With an attached garage and newly renovated rooms, the apartment was absolutely worth everything and provided a great place to stay for the semester. Plenty of room as well!
