The rent is $1,750 per month plus utilities on a rental agreement. This is NOT a lease! If you must move out before 12 months you will lose your deposit but are not obligated to pay for 12 months. If you stay 12+ months you will receive most if... not all of your deposit back. The deposit is your money, you do not have to fight me to return your deposit if you stay 12+ months.

The apartment is on the first floor, it has beautiful hardwood floors, a very large living room, a large dining room and an equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms have windows on the opposite walls for cool nights (with a fan) and A/Cs units for hot nights. A separate, free washer and dryer is located in the basement with additional storage. The building has separate equipment for each apartment (furnace, hot water heater, washer dryer).

My wife and I lived in the second floor apartment for 25 years. Because my wife and I lived there we were motivated to save money. ThAe stove, hot water heater, dryer and newer furnace are gas. In most apartments, those appliances are electric. Gas is less expensive than electricity.

There is off street parking in the back that will accommodate two cars. The apartment has a comfortable front porch and shared yards. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and Ault Park is close with fantastic walking trails.

Dogs are not allowed, cats are ok.
