Signed a lease before the apartment was done being remodeled, moved in and the place poorly and hastily finished.
The heat was absolutely unbearable, 90 degrees at times and it couldn’t be adjusted “nothing we can do” legitimately had to sleep in my living room for months with the A/C on. The walls were paper thin and you could legitimately hear EVERYTHING, good luck having a secret in this place.
Honestly the absolute worst year of my life, I could not get out of this place fast enough. Save... yourself the misery and please learn from my mistake, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

Bed bugs, bad management
Two weeks to let seat broke off,waited two weeks for new one,was actually told to use gas station on snow, two weeks later, BED BUG'S! KRI PROPERTIES DOES NOT CARE ABOUT TENNANTS, third property manager in 6 months! RUN ! DON'T WALK PAST THIS PLACE!
