The boiler heater is very inconsistent sometimes it's all windows open in January to no heat at all. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The manager Sue may seem kind when moving in but once you are a tenant she becomes impossible to work with. Besides that fact that my "renovated" apartment is awful and dingey, the parking is worse. If you end up with smoking neighbors, it's like they are smoking in your apartment due to the .5 inch gap under the main doorway.

Perfect For Single Living
I relocated to Broadview Heights for work and found this apartment. It was perfect size for me, and at the perfect cost. During the 13 months I lived there my air conditioner had gone out and my fridge started to leak -- maintenance was on top of it and had everything fixed by the next day. All staff was wonderful and never forgot my name. They were helpful and friendly and tried to help with anything they could for me.
I would recommend for any single person -- great price and great space

Nice Place
This place is nice, there is need for improvement during the winter months and the snow in the parking lots, but overall it is a nice place.

Weeping Cherry Village
Maintenance man is very nice and get's things done fast. Parking is a little tight but I can always manage to find a spot. The format and layout of the apartment is very nice, there was no surprises when signing the lease and viewing our own actual apartment. It's close to interstate and plenty of stores. Overall, its a nice complex and I wouldn't mind renewing my lease here.
