Out of the 3 years of living at deercreek I have always enjoyed my stay. My apartment was well maintained and rarely ever needed any maintenance done to it. If I had an issue I'd take it straight to Melissa and we would work something out. Never have I had an issue with my landlord or the maintenance crew. Todd & Melissa have always been more than fair and understanding. I would refer someone here that's how much I love it here.

Management is a JOKE.
AC has been broken for months and the higher ups “don’t want to pay to fix it”. I’m living with animals and am PREGNANT! I shouldn’t have to go out to my car to cool myself off. Dishwasher has been broken since I moved in over a year ago. Took 3 months to get my smoke detector fixed. Higher ups won’t answer phones and will evict you for absolutely anything. DO NOT RENT HERE.
