The repair was done promptly and I really appreciate getting a door hanger that told me Eugene had come into the apartment while I was out and it included an explanation of the work done. Really glad to see that!

Rating Living here is affordable which is the upside, but the downsides are that the trash compactor is broken at least once a month and trash piles up. Also garage door to our building is left open for weeks which could allow critters to get into the building and also is a security risk to the building since anyone can then have access. There has also been a ceiling leak in the foyer of our building and the garage roof is a mess. The day porters vacuum the hallways daily but fail to clean... the doors which are dirty (one had a red streak on it for weeks-like blood possibly). A better job can be done all around.
