Rating Living here is affordable which is the upside, but the downsides are that the trash compactor is broken at least once a month and trash piles up. Also garage door to our building is left open for weeks which could allow critters to get into the building and also is a security risk to the building since anyone can then have access. There has also been a ceiling leak in the foyer of our building and the garage roof is a mess. The day porters vacuum the hallways daily but fail to clean... the doors which are dirty (one had a red streak on it for weeks-like blood possibly). A better job can be done all around.

AC fixed! My AC broke down and maintenance team came within hours to diagnose, give me a floor unit, and fixed AC unit within a couple of days! Great job!

Amenities I love living here at East Haven. I’m coming up on four years. The only thing I don’t like is paying for all the amenities that I’ve never used nor know where they are and trash removal I’ve never paid for that before, and some of the other things that we have to pay for I don’t like that part But as far as Maintenance, they do a great jjob
