Run as fast as you can from this apartment. If you are looking for luxury living this is not the place at all. They have a pretty facade and cool gadgets that lure you in but it is all just lipstick on a pig. They apartments are lack luster, walls are extremely thin. The staff have no idea what they are doing and will gaslight you and use the excuse of being new. For the cost of these apartments it is severely not worth it. The location is convenient but your "view" will be office buildings, a... tire repair, or a cemetery again not worth the cost. Took me almost a year to get my washer fixed, quickly began just taking care of things myself because they never actually fixed things. Move out process was the most painful I have ever experienced. I have moved around my whole life and this is one of the few places I would say you could not pay me enough to move back to. Just don't put yourself through it, there are plenty of great apartments in the Cleveland area to choose from.
