Residents are responsible for setting up electric service in their name, and we will bill back for gas, water and sewer and trash monthly. We welcome up to two animals per apartment with proof of vaccination. Service animals are accepted with proper documentation. There is a $35 monthly pet rent per animal. All resident communication and rent payments are handled exclusively through AppFolio, which serves as our main platform for maintenance requests, announcements, and monthly rent payments.
