I have been at the building for a few months now and I haven't had any issues (other than a few small blips because the building is brand new). The leasing agent was very organized and helpful. The property is quiet and the amenities are lovely!

I’ve lived here for about 4 months. The building itself, its location, and its amenities on the whole are great especially for the area although even then many amenities still remain non-operational (e.g. many of the gym cardio machines don’t work, no timeline on access to the pool, etc.). When we moved in, our room was filthy - I don’t just mean covered in some construction dust I mean actually trashed. There were also many chips and cracks in the floorboards, scuffs on the floors and walls,... etc. They are currently doing repairs on several of the balconies for what again should be a new building. The fire alarms malfunction frequently in the building waking residents up at 5-6am. Alarms chirp loudly in unoccupied rooms which you can hear if you’re in an adjacent room or in the hallways. They have been reported but remain unaddressed. We still don’t have a fire alarm in our kitchen. Another resident has apparently been banned from the amenities for complaining to management who is completely MIA. The folks on the ground - front desk staff, the building super, etc. are kind and helpful but they can only do so much. Hopefully things improve but all in all I don’t think we would have chosen to live here if we knew the full scope of what we were getting into. We are not the only ones thinking this. Read More
