Appliances are super old, everything breaks all the time and maintenance is pretty unresponsive. Considering how much you pay to live here, I would expect a much higher quality place. If you actually want anything to be fixed you need to place the work order then call about three more times. So if you’re roof is leaking (like ours has 3 times now) expect to breath in mold for a while. Also it is not quiet at all as there are kids running everywhere unsupervised, even in the roads.

I want to point out how large the complex is and there are many amenities available. Neighbors are very nice. Kid friendly. Great school district.

You will experience things differently and not everyone has the same taste or preferences, but that’s life. You have to give and take.

Look at the big picture and be responsible for your own judgement and actions. Enjoy and I highly recommend!

When I lived there the apartments had cockroaches bedbugs black mold and appliances that are 20 plus years old ac units that look like they are from the 70s do yourself a favor and stay away

I have lived here for over 5 years because the location is so convenient and that’s the only reason. I have had problems with bugs including spiders and centipedes since I moved in and the landlords have not helped other than saying they called an exterminator when I complain. I finally took matters into my own hands and taped a fine mesh over the vents which has helped. Also it is an older complex and if you have a lower apartment be prepared to hear every step from the apartment above. There... is a large population of people from India and their cooking smells up the entire building. They are also very noisy so if you go to bed fairly early you’d better get a large supply of earplugs. I have a loud family above me and have called the police, called the landlords more than 3 times and also wrote the family a nice letter and still get about 4 1/2 hours sleep three times a week because of the noise. Lots of space and light in the townhouse. Rooms and closets are large. Really enjoy the pool and gym. The property is beautifully maintained. I always get a fast response from the maintenance staff. We had a horrible winter last year but the lots were kept plowed and sidewalks salted. Rental office are friendly and willing to acomodate you whenever they can.
