Drug addicts/drug dealers everywhere, cockroaches and mice in all the apartments. Mentally insane people walking around bothering everyone all the time and section 8, can’t even sit on your balcony. People constantly throw garbage in the parking lot and common areas, police are here every other day. Disgusting place to live and getting worse every day. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here.

Avoid at all cost
Overpriced apartments, full of broken things that they will never fix. Dishonest management will try anything to keep your deposit. Avoid at all cost.

Pet friendly affordable luxury!
The staff here are incredible and they care enough to help make the experience of The Fairfield Suburbia all that it can be. I did not see my apartment prior to moving in however I am very happy and my neighbors are nice and friendly. I appreciated the kindness!!
