Landlords Nice Until They Have Your $$

Overpriced for what you’re getting. The only positive is that you can walk to the University without being on campus. Don’t expect to have any guests sleep over for more than one night—they will threaten to increase your rent. Also, on top of rent you have to PAY for parking. Live on campus or get a better place downtown for less money.

Decent place to live

I honestly enjoyed living here. I lived in a hall unit in building 4. My apartment was in good shape, and the heat worked very well in the winter. You get a ton of space to yourself for a reasonable amount of rent. When I had a minor maintenance request, it was handled promptly. All of the people who work there are very friendly. It's a close walk to campus and theres a bus stop right outside the building.
