When looking for a place to live, you should ABSOLUTELY AVOID this location. I am writing down a few experiences I’ve had while living here. (1) Over the past year, package thefts and damages have frequently occurred. However, the office here has done nothing to address these issues. The most of residents have experienced package loss at least once. (2) It takes several months to repair things like air conditioners or refrigerators. I spent the summer of 2022 without air conditioning. (3) The... management is very passive when it comes to resolving conflicts between roommates. I understand that they need to take a neutral stance. But they will charge you for any issues that arise when you move out. Before 2022, this place was one of the best housing options in Troy. However, I now believe it has become one of the worst places to live.
Here is no longer comfortable, economical, or safe!!!!!
