I have been a long term resident of the Dietz Lofts since the opening in 2017. The property is clean and well maintained by maintenance and the custodial team and management is very responsive/attentive. Indoor parking is a must in Syracuse and this garage has a heated ramp with assigned parking spaces.

I have had multiple colleagues live here over the years. The DIetz is close to downtown and the highway interchange. There is a huge park across the street and the area is quiet with free street parking. Building is well maintained and the management, janitorial and maintenance team is friendly and responsive.
