DONT DO IT
AVOID AVOID AVOID! These pictures are insanely deceptive, only a select few units have been updated. This company took over and raised the rent over 300 dollars and didnt upgrade a single thing in my building. Cabinets, tub, fixtures, ac unit, closets are all original material from initial construction decades ago. Maintenance is argumentative and poor at their job. I had a pipe burst and inches of water were in my unit for nearly a week and I had to fight over the phone, have maintenance come... twice, and the worker had the audacity to argue about the presence of water when it sounded like you were walking in a marsh. Front door lock and entrance window were completely inoperable leaving entry possible for anyone who desired. Love the safety concern. Plenty of places that deserve your money that arent ran by Tempo if you can afford this price point
