Great office staff, Nanci and Stephanie are friendly and caring. Very quiet on the norm!! I love this. Neighbors don’t meddle in your business…a +. Very few ppl have kids. I like that it is a nice place for seniors to live! Amazing maintenance, Mr Jeff head maintenance man, he gets things DONE!! Along with Mr Jason who works along side him. Just a few weeks ago I locked myself out, right when office hrs were closed. I panic, call Nanci, left voicemail. Call her back within 10 mins, she answer... and said that Jason is on his way in 20 mins. He was, he got the spare keys from the office(which is located on the premises). He told me don’t be upset with yourself that things happen. I appreciate that. We love our 2bedroom, 1st floor apt, no steps!! The kitchen is large, with updated appliances. A small closed in back porch for extra storage! Bedrooms nice size! Grass mowed….snow removal also. Garages available. Get your packages delivered with no porch pirates( been here 3 years never had a package taken at my front door). The reason I gave 4 stars is bc there’s no stores close by in walking distance and no transportation near bc of my limited transportation vehicle. I like to take long walks with my dog, ( and yes here is pet friendly). Neighbor friendly as well. But because of the 2 lane highway it can be very dangerous for me. A beautiful landscaping (flowers) would really make this complex nice. Other than that if you have no concerns with these issues I believe that Wellington Gardens is a great place to live. I always tell Nanci how much l love my apt.

Renter Satisfaction
I have been living here a long time, for 9 years and I am very happy living here. My apartment is very spacious and comfortable and it is in excellent condition. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer, which is great. All the amenities work very well and if something needs to be fixed, it is fixed very quickly and properly. It is a safe and quiet environment to live in. The management staff is available if needed. Also, the property is well maintained. I would encourage anyone looking for a... nice place to live to live here at Wellington Gardens. I would highly recommend it.

Great Place To Live
I have lived at Wellington Gardens for about two years and I have no plans on moving. The rents are fair compared to other units in Rotterdam. The property manager is very hands on & attentive when I need something. I would recommend living here to any renters in the Schenectady area!
