Cheap apartment is about the only good thing to say about this dump. Landlord will keep deposit even if you’re a model tenant. If you like flushing first and last down the drain this is a great place to burn your hard earned money.

Additionally, the rent increases are unreasonable and non-negotiable. When inquiring about the reasons behind these increases, the response received was unhelpful and dismissive. Another issue is the mishandling of rent payments. On multiple occasions, the management claimed that payments were lost or not received, leading to additional payment requests.
