One large bedroom is available for rent, it comes fully furnished with a queen bed, large dresser, recliner, desk, chair, nightstand / lamps, and a closet. Two other quiet and respectful tenants rent the other bedrooms and there is a tabby cat that... lives in the house as well. All areas except for the storage area of the basement are for tenants to use, including the hot tub on the back patio. All utilities are included in rental price.
