This place is terrible. Worst rental experience. I’ve lived here for a year. Maintenance takes for ever with some repairs taking weeks of not months. Office is constantly closed and nobody returns calls. The pictures make it look nice but I promise this is just a show. Everyone I’ve spoken with is miserable with these over priced units. Also the just fixed the laundry room after not working for 6 months! This is what you can expect from Lincoln properties I guess!

Ever since Lincoln Property took over in February 2022, the rent started to go up astronomically. They are asking 30% increase. Nobody can magically increase their income to afford it. Also their negligence of maintenance is unprecedented. They are big corporations and their only concern is to fatten their profit not to serve the community and people.

Residents do not pick up after their pets because staff do not enforce it, the grass is littered with dog poo so you have to watch your kids as they play. in the grass. Also be careful what amenities they list, there is no gym.

The view is nice, but that's where it stops. Potholes everywhere, staff is never there to answer phones for repairs.

No Pool, Sewage Problems, Dog Poop everywhere, Potholes out the ying-yang. Property management company can't accomplish simple tasks, treats residents with disrespect.
