The views were incredible, and it was always nice coming home to such a well-kept and welcoming community. My apartment was comfortable, and the amenities made life easy and enjoyable. I went to look at a Studio and a 1-Bedroom for my mom. Mom was with me, as well as my friend. My friend had her dog, which I was walking while mom and friend were inside looking at the apartment. (NO DOGS ALLOWED) As I was walking, a pickup truck was approaching, screaming and me that I’m trespassing. I said my mom is looking at the apt. He screams “no apt for you”! Psychotic! Do not go here!

I had the pleasure of living at The Overlook in Piermont for four years, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. My one-bedroom apartment was big and spacious, featuring high-quality and durable appliances, including an in-unit washer and dryer. The added bonus of a porch made it even better, providing a great space to relax outdoors.

The property itself is beautifully maintained, with common areas like the grounds space being well kept on a weekly basis. The workout... facility was spotless and had everything I needed for a full workout, so much so that I didn’t even need a gym membership during my stay.

The management team, led by Nick, was outstanding. Nick is an exceptional property manager—always great to work with and able to communicate with residents on a personal level. Anytime I needed something fixed or replaced in my apartment, Afrim, the supervisor, was always available and took care of it promptly. Their combined efforts made living here a truly hassle-free experience.

Parking was never an issue, and the overall atmosphere of the community was calm and pleasant. The rental prices were fair for the area, and the convenience of the location can’t be beat—close to Jersey, close to Westchester, and right in the heart of Rockland County.

If I didn’t have to move, I would have happily stayed long-term. I’m really going to miss living here. I highly recommend The Overlook to anyone looking for a place to live in Rockland County. Management is easy to work with and accommodating, property is well maintained, apartments are clean and updated. If you have kids look no further excellent school system.

My husband and I lived in a 2 BR at Overlook for 3+ years and loved our space. The apartment was very spacious and in great condition. The property manager (Nick) and super (Afram) were always responsive, helpful and accommodating. Appreciate that there is always enough parking spots for cars and the brand new fitness center is a nice plus. We loved it there and will always recommend to any prospective tenants.
