I rented here from 2021 through 2023 and had such a phenomenal experience, that when I moved back to OP a month ago I knew I had to live here again. I originally rented a 1-bedroom apartment, and just moved into a 2-story townhome. Both units were freshly cleaned and painted before I moved in, and the carpets were in perfect shape. I can't say enough good things, thank you for all that you do for your residents!

I’ve had a great experience living at Orchard Grove Apartments. The property is always well maintained, clean, and quiet. The management team does an outstanding job and is always professional, responsive, and friendly whenever anything is needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear they truly care about the residents and the community. The grounds are kept looking great year-round, and the overall atmosphere makes this feel like home. I would highly recommend Orchard Grove... Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Park like property
Extremely spacious property with vibrant landscaping throughout, creating a park-like setting. The residents are very friendly, the property is extremely clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone looking to live near the new Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park!

Costs more than it's worth
It's all about how much money they can get out of you. It costs more than it's worth, neighbors with dogs off leash, entitled people parking wherever they want, a lot of sound transfer from other apartments. Don't expect to get all of your security deposit back. And with more of the complex being built, it's just going to get more crowded
