I've been a resident at Armor Heights Apartments for 12 years and if I could give a 10 star rating I definitely would. I can't imagine living anywhere else. My apartment is perfect! Great location with wonderful neighbors in a clean, quiet building. Plenty of green space that's immaculately maintained. Kelsey and Andrew, along with all of the other staff, are awesome. If there is anything in need of repair/replacing it's taken care of that day. I've never had to wait for maintenance to take care... of anything. They're on top of their game. The parking lots are plowed and sidewalks are shoveled and staff even help dig cars out of the snow. Great group of people to work with. Rental rates are very comperable to other areas for the same square footage. I would highly recommend renting here. Worry free living!

Outstanding Maintenance Service
The office and maintenance teams are highly responsive, professional, respectful, and proficient when quickly replacing a bathroom faucet gasket and a kitchen cabinet screw. They noticed how noisy our refrigerator is and they’ve ordered a new fan so they can repair it.
We’re very appreciative of the timely snow removal and ice salting in the parking lot this winter.

Where do I begin. I am going on my second year living here with my partner. We absolutely love are apartment and call it home. The maintenance staff is outstanding and Kelsey is an amazing Truly one of the most kindest people I have ever met that runs the office. I feel very safe living here. The grounds are very well done. They truly do the best they can with the buffalo snow at keeping up with it. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for their forever home. I... have met some people that have been living here for 20 + years and have nothing but good things to say about this complex. Thank you Armor heights for making this my home.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.....
JEANIE IN THE OFFICE IS WONDERFUL. I have been a tenant since June 2004 in the same apartment. great place to live. Do this for yourself and your family. Great pool, tennis courts, park like setting.

Missing a days pay!
Need to be at work at 4am on this snowy day. Parking lot not plowed nor are is the street to get to a main fair away! Took over a half hour of beating up my car (rocking, sliding & getting stuck numerous times!) to find that the top of the hill and street that lead to road is Not plowed! Slid backwoods down hill.. Shoved a small area for car to squeak into to wait until a plow arrives! Tried calling apartments and they only want to hear from you if there is a major big time problem because... closed. No pay and jeopardizing my employment sitting here. Not happy!!!! Doesn't help to pay rent and less Christmas cheer for us. ??????????
