I’ve had a great experience living at Hillside Commons. The apartments are clean, modern, and fully furnished, and having a private bathroom and in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The amenities are amazing (especially the gym and study spaces), and the shuttle to campus is super convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and really nice place to live near campus. I’d definitely recommend it.

Great property!!
I have lived here for a year and it is the best complex ever. So clean and the staff is great!! The maintenance people are very quick and efficient. Also any issue or question you have they are happy to jump in and help! Highly recommend hillside commons!!

Best complex ever !!
This is the best apartment ever!! So clean and staff is so helpful and attentive. The apartments are fully furnished and come with all appliances. They even have maintenance people on staff so if there's an issue it is handled in a timely manner.

I love living at Hillside Commons!
I've been living at Hillside Commons for almost a year now, and it is a safe, secure, fun, and memorable place to live. I am a student at Oneonta without a car, so my favorite amenity is the convenient shuttle that takes me to class on class days, and downtown on weekends. They also accept my financial aid, which is a huge perk. I love the amazing community assistants, Kelsey and Paris. They're super friendly and helpful! I would totally recommend living here if you are in need of a place to... live near Oneonta, New York.

Great for students
Hillside Commons is by far the best apartments to live in! The place is well-kept, the amenities are great, and it has a really welcoming vibe. But what really makes it stand out are the managers, Matt and Jerid. They always go out of their way to make sure residents feel at home, handling any issues fast and with a great attitude. Their hard work makes this place an awesome place to live. I’m super happy to call it home, all thanks to them and the great environment they’ve built!
