As some one stated before me As soon as you move out of the carousel apartments you are charged with a bunch of late fees and they also add in lies as to how you left there apartment they don’t reach out to you they go straight to creditors to try to not only defame your character but ruin your credit .

As soon as you move out of Carousel there going to charge you for stuff that wasn’t applicable to your apartment. I got charged for Electric and utilities when it’s suppose to be included. And they charged me for the next months rent that I didn’t even live there for. There communication skills are horrible, and they don’t contact you to figure things out they just charge you late fees.

Property well maintained and management staff very pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming and the location is desirable. Located in walking distance from downtown and the Niagara River.
