Overpriced for what you receive. We've had things broken in our unit for months, reported it to mngmt to fix, never been fixed. Appliances as old as the units, and they don't keep up with the properties that well.

Used Bait and Switch tactics to try and rent us an apartment at $200 more a month (than listed). Payed our $40 total application fee to wait 12 days (app states 10 day maximum) and find out the first apartment was already rented out. Found another listing we were interested in, and after 3 weeks of waiting for responses (and calling 4 times) finally got a lease with an increased price that they refused to change.

Find other places you can stay at to use as leverage and don't be as friendly as... we were with management. They will not reciprocate it back. Read More
