I have been living here at Willowbrook for 2 years and I love it. It's quiet, clean and the neighbors lookout for one another. Anytime, I put in a maintenance request, they come right away and do a superior job everytime. I am pleasantly pleased with the new management here. I have seen nothing but professionalism since they started. Anytime I have a question or concern, Zakiyah calls me right back and helps me right away. She always sends out emails about any an all issues concerning... Willowbrook and she is here to help, she's caring and goes above an beyond for the tenants. Willowbrook is a great community and a pleasant place to live.

DO NOT RENT HERE. They will take your money and then tell you the only way to contact them is through e-mail or online and then never do anything for you. The e-mail doesn't even work anymore. The walls and ceilings are super thin you can hear ever bang, thud, yell, arguement, even conversation your neighbors have. The siding on the outside is falling apart and full of holes on the back side of the building. The dishwasher is old and not very good. Save yourself the headache!

I applied for this apartment in May 2020. I got accepted but decided to go elsewhere. I have been in contact with them for months asking for my fee back and I have been given a run-around. From them saying they sent the check to my old address to a Worker name Jen promising she would make sure I receive my money. Today I contacted that same worker and now she is saying she quit. I find this company/complex very misleading. DO NOT GO HERE.

I reported a neighbor toilet running water that has been a long time problem. First that wasted a lot water due to the tank leak; secondly it was a disgusting noise. The manager Lora(not sure the spelling) called a service right away and the serviceman came to my room to check. He knocked the neighbour door and fixed the priblem! We are so happy that the noises stopped!! Thanks to the management team!!!

I lived in this community for almost 4 years, initial management was good and the things changed when the new management took over. It is one of the work management that I have ever seen. Maintenance is very poor and they won't turn at all after a long follow up. When I vacate the apartment they charged all the maintenance cost ($1500)in my final bill and also they sent it directly to the collection team instead of sending to my address that I was already communicated to them and that impacted... my credit history that never had any bad history.
