The current setup of these apartment are really bad. Poor electrical wiring. Heating is sub standard in the winter months with the downstairs being too cold with no insulation. With the heat if turned up enough for the down stairs to be 62 degrees the upstairs gets so hot you need to have a window open just to be comfortable. the price is outrageous for the area. High crime rate robberies and loud party's that shake the walls till 4am. Police response is long if you even get an officer here.

I'm safe here
This is a great apartment its clean and pet friendly. It's close to metro bus , big courtyard to play with friends and family. The bed rooms are a nice size. It has lots of parking space,and you can here the any nice through the walls. It's very safe for walking. Mary , Niagara Falls NY
