Nice neighbors , great view, nice area, it safe and not crazy busy. I felt very safe and it was clean and up to date. People where kind of they simply didn't bother you. My only flaw was how tight the kitchen was but that was about it. Highly recommend!

Filthy building except the lobby
Hallways get vacuumed every 2 weeks. Garbage rooms never moped and cleaned. The paint on doors are scratched up and scuffed. The maintenance on this building has gone down severely.
