O star When we first moved into this apartment complex, we were impressed. The apartments themselves are beautiful and w ell-kept. Unfortunately, our experience quickly changed onc e we saw how management handled things. The property manager openly discussed tenants' personal matters with o ther residents, which felt like a serious violation of privacy a nd professionalism. There was also a very disturbing situati on where another tenant attempted to poison our animals by pouring an unknown... liquid at our door. In addition, this s ame tenant was seen taking photos of our family members as they entered and exited the building. We later learned th at we were not the only ones-this behavior was directed at multiple new tenants, especially those with children or pets. Despite these serious and ongoing issues, management fail ed to take appropriate action, which made us feel unsafe a nd unsupported in our own home. On top of that, managem ent shared details about our lease with individuals who wer e not listed on it, including both other tenants and even fami ly members who were not part of the lease. This is complet ely unacceptable and a clear breach of privacy. The overall environment made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were con stantly being watched rather than welcomed. While the ap artments themselves are nice, the management made it an unpleasant place to live. We are very glad we only stayed f or a year. The one positive experience we had was with the superintendent, John. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, and truly the only reason our time there was at all bearable.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they answered all my questions in detail, walked me through the floor plans and amenities, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The property itself is clean and well-maintained, and the building feels solid and thoughtfully kept. Everything from the common areas to the units showed clear pride in ownership. It immediately felt like a place I could call home.
