The neighborhood is nice and relatively quiet and I generally like the area. Live here for some years now but year after year it has been an ever growing nightmare to get things fixed. We had a balcony leak that was only patched with the promise of replacing what was wrong to prevent further leaks (coming up on about a year). Dishwasher broke in the summer and we spoke with maintenance they said it was an easy 30 minute job. This happened in June I'm writing this in April. You can't even call... the leasing office these days and there message box is always full. Even maintenance has complained about not being able to contact them! How?
