Management is very unprofessional and won’t respond to most problems unless it’s really serious. There is no package room like advertised. They dump the packages on the mailboxes and very few of them make it into the limited lockers. I know of two thefts. There are no hardwood floors as advertised. These are just pure laminate and the apartments are really cheap. The studio, has a small college-grade refrigerator. I have to tape the freezer shut so it doesn’t open when I open the refrigerator. ... The prices are city prices and increase up to 10% when they come for renewal. The head of maintenance said the air conditioners are flawed. My Ptac unit will only blow on high. I had to cover it with a plastic bag to redirect the air out the side and it’s still cold. Ask them if all the air conditioners are flawed. The management team turns over all the time and the manager is the third one in under a year. The lead doorman allegedly entered apartment illegally and lost the key fobs for all the doormen in case you need entry help. This is not a great building, but the garage is nice and the pool is nice. They took the lane markers out of the pool so you can’t swim laps. Location, views and amenities will be nice when ready. The working staff are friendly and competent, however the office management is not responsive to legitimate tenant concerns. There have been numerous issues as there can be in a start up. For instance, all amenities are not available, main building and parking entrances are not open, fire alarms have gone off due to malfunctions numerous times, water leaks, wind noises, paperwork is frequently wrong. We had to have our lease corrected... for mistakes at least 4 times. Management refuses to give any concessions even though they are not supplying everything that is offered in the lease.
