I couldn't say enough great things about this complex. I started renting here at 22 and was looking for somewhere affordable but nice and safe and most residents are seniors with some younger couples mixed in. All of the residents I met were so kind. The office staff are so sweet I never had a hard time with anything. The walls are nearly soundproof I mean it! You can barely hear a noise from any apartment around you (I was the middle floor too). Maintenance is very quick with fixing issues. The... snow removal is impeccable they're very quick and maintain it throughout the day when it's necessary. I LOVED the size of the kitchen and the bathroom. I also loved the amount of closets in the apartment for storage (plus the extra storage area that comes with each apartment in the garage). I just wanted to leave this review as a thank you to how great my time was there as I am sad I am leaving but I wanted to live closer to downtown.

nice place to live
This is our 1st experience with apartment living.Owned a home but wanted to free up time of the maint. and upkeep so decided to try apartment living out. So glad I found Ravada. Very nice apartments , quiet great office staff. They take care of this place like it is their own home. Called for maint. twice they were there within the hour.Owner is around frequently and his son is here taking care of things on a daily basis. Great experience all around

Great place to live!
I moved into one of the newer buildings a little over 4 months ago. If you’re looking for a quiet place, you’ve found it. Other than the occasional door closing across the hall, I never hear a single one of my neighbors! The one bedroom apartment I am in has hardwood flooring in the entry way, kitchen and dining area, granite countertops, all new appliances, tons of cupboard and closet space throughout and a huge bedroom with carpet. The bathroom also has granite countertops, tile flooring... and tub/shower combo.
There is also access to an additional storage area that cones with the apartment for seasonal items near the garages. You can also have a garage space (if available) for an additional fee.
The living room has carpet, cathedral ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace. The balcony is just big enough for a small table and chairs and some R&R.
The office staff is extremely pleasant and always helpful. In the fall, the grounds were beautiful manicured and the snow removal has been outstanding all winter long. I have not experienced a single maintenance issue so I cannot speak to the responsiveness, however, based everything else, I cannot imagine it being anything but top notch.
There is a community building and a small gym for all tenants to use. The rent INCLUDES heat, water, basic cable, internet and trash removal! I do have an electric bill but it had yet to go above $40.00!
The location is very convenient to major all major highways, Wegmans, Walmart, Destiny USA and Onondaga Lake Park.

TL;DR: Friendly Staff, Great Amenities, Quiet Apartments, Convenient Location
I have lived in the 2015-built Ravada Hill Apartments for over a year, and I have loved every minute of it. The staff is super friendly and attentive. For example, I was trying to get to work during a snowstorm, and a maintenance worker came over with a shovel and helped dig my car out, which is above and beyond anything I would've expected. Besides the excellent snow removal service, they're always seeking to improve the grounds and apartments, from repaving the parking lots to repainting the... interior hallways.
Inside, my particular apartment features granite countertops and brand-new appliances, including a stainless-steel electric range. There's plenty of storage room for clothing, shoes, jackets, linens and cleaning supplies within the apartment, and I also have access to a storage space near the garages to stash seasonal décor and other odds and ends. While the soundproofing could've been better between floors - I often hear the heavy-footed person above my unit walking around - I've yet to hear any of the neighbors across the hall or right next to me.
Above all, I like that heat, water, internet, cable and trash removal are all included in the rent. It makes it easy to devise a monthly budget. While you still have to pay for electric, my monthly bill has never been higher than $50 - even when running the A/C in the summer months.
Residing in Liverpool for most of my life, here are the things I enjoy most about the area: easy access to I-81, I-690 and the NYS Thruway, close proximity to Destiny USA, Downtown Syracuse and the Syracuse Hancock International Airport and the quiet, safe neighborhood. Plus, there are two Wegmans locations within 3 miles of the complex. Need I say more?

RavadaHILL is a quiet complex, with gas fireplace and sun porches.there is a party room and workout room for all to use.five minute drive to a mall and grocery stores.ravada hill has beautiful grounds also.
