Zero Transparency, Zero Flexibility—Worst Property Application Experience I’ve Had
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this property management company while applying for Woodcrest East. As someone relocating from out of state, I expected basic transparency and professionalism—something this company clearly lacks. After going through an unnecessarily detailed application approval process, I was shocked by what followed:
Refused to provide actual unit photos Refused to provide a video walkthrough Refused a FaceTime/virtual tour Refused to allow... virtual lease signing Refused to accommodate even a weekend visit
Instead, they expect you to travel hours just to sign a lease, without even verifying whether the unit matches their vague and inconsistent listing. The website itself is equally poor—the “Contact Us” section doesn’t even provide a real way to contact anyone, which says a lot about their level of organization and accountability. At no point did I feel like a valued customer. Instead, I felt like I was being asked to blindly trust a system that provides zero transparency while making unreasonable demands. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I would strongly question how they treat actual residents. I would highly recommend thinking twice before applying here.
