Extremely kind management & great amenities!
I've been living at the Auden since August 2023 with my roommates. The apartment is spacious and modern, the community is quiet, and my room has great natural light. The on-site gym has helped me stay more active and the package room has kept my mail safe. Parking is super convenient, and I never have to fight for a spot. There's also several events every month (taco tuesday, giveaways, etc.) which can make coming home exciting. The best thing by far is how responsive management is. I can submit... maintenance issues through my resident portal and they are resolved right away. The leasing office is on-site so it's easy to drop in and talk to someone! I've really enjoyed my time living here, and I would recommend future residents tour if they are interested.

Kind Management with Beautiful Location
I recently moved to the area for school and ended up staying for longer because of how easy Auden made it. I was reluctant to stay after the management change but Gladis and now, Tania made it so easy for me to transition from being a college student to a professional. Thanks to the ladies in the leasing office!
