First. I scoff at the photos included here. Not one is accurate except the outside pics of the building. Not one apartment in this dump looks anything like these pictures. So I’m gonna give you an idea. Black mold in most buildings due to poor roof maintenance. Crack heads around every corner. But there were a couple good people. Old buildings. Poor insulation and old windows with electric heat equal $300-400/ month electric bills in the winter.

100 negative stars! If you want a horrible experience, come down to the roach and rat infested Black Creek and you'll get it all!! The Kingston Collective is an unresponsive management staff and maintenance team. They literally ignore you for over a week when you do a maintenance request because all they care about is flipping apartments. They also hire inconsiderate contractors who will wake you up at 8 am with their hammering and it will go on all day long, actually 10 hrs a day 5 days a week... . There is never any peace here because they're always flipping apartments. Also if you like neighbors who smoke in the building, so a lovely cigarette stench will travel into your apartment, this is the place for you! Looks are 100% deceiving with this place so, RUN!! I really loved this community and was looking forward to having the opportunity to learn more and perhaps even live there. I contacted the ad and received a templated message. I filled out the form of interest 3 different times and called the listed numbers. No response. I called Lincoln Managment and left a message for the general manager, no response!!! The telephone is an automated system and if you leave a voicemail they don’t call back.
