Wonderful
My husband and I toured a few apartments with Tonya. I have never had in my life an apartment tour with such an amazing person, bright, funny talkative very open and yet so professional, I really enjoyed having an apartment tour with Tonya, hopefully will see her again. Samra

BEWARE
This company never answered maintenance requests and has hidden fees they do not tell you about until AFTER you already sign the lease. Many of the basement apartments have flooding and Mildew issues making it a health hazard.

Great place to live
I live 2 min walk to the bus line a 30 min walk to the village. The place is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. Any problem that I have had, they seemed to fix at an appropriate time. Everyone’s friendly and for the price, I’d say it’s very fair, speaking of fair, that’s also across the street from us. Great place and I recommend it
