I have been living here with my son and dog for 2 years. It’s a great friendly community with many walking trails and a beautiful creek just around the corner. It’s a quiet location, very pet friendly community that welcomes large dogs (my dog is 75lbs).

This place is amazing. Recently moved in 2 months ago. The peace and quietness that you will experience living here is extraordinary. The neighbors around are very nice people. The staff are always there to assist you if you have any questions or concerns. Great choice that my wife and I decided to do.

We relocated from Louisiana in July 2023. Our online search led us to check out Mill Hollow. We knew instantly this was what we were looking for since we were downsizing from over 2,000 square foot home to 1,400. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating to make the move as smooth as possible. Our new neighbors warmly greeted us. We love the location. Our dogs are thrilled with the new dog park. We are happy with "apartment" living that doesn't feel like apartment living.

We moved here last fall. Dennis, the property manager, has been very responsive and accommodating. The units are very modern and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors are very nice and it is quiet and relaxing. There are many nice amenities, including a new dog park. We are very happy here.

We rent unit 31 at Mill Hollow. The site is beautiful and cosy, but we had heard about management problems. So, last spring (2023) we quizzed the new site manager. He was aware that things had not been going well, and was working to improve response to renters requests. Since then we have found him and his staff to be quite friendly and helpful. There are still some rough spots resulting from Greyhill taking majority ownership; e.g. their lease signing process on the portal does not provide a... paper copy for the renter.
