I had an incredible 2 years here! Living at District 425 for the past two years was such a great experience. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and has so much character. I loved that it was converted from an old school… it gave the place such a unique and cool atmosphere that you just don’t find in most apartment complexes. My unit was incredibly spacious with huge ceilings and giant windows that brought in an amazing amount of natural light. The apartment always felt bright, open, and... welcoming. There was so much room to relax, cook, create, entertain friends, and truly enjoy being home. It never felt cramped and the layout made the space feel even bigger. One of the biggest underrated perks was the parking. The lot is huge, and I never once had to worry about finding a spot. The location is also perfect… walking distance to downtown Glens Falls, right near the hockey arena, close to work, and having Cumberland Farms basically next door was incredibly convenient. The building was always warm and comfortable during the winter, which I really appreciated. Everything was kept extremely clean, and you can tell the people who manage and maintain the property genuinely care about it. The janitorial staff does an awesome job, and anytime maintenance was ever needed, they were quick and on top of it immediately… although honestly, I rarely ever had issues. Overall, District 425 was an amazing place to live. It felt unique, comfortable, convenient, and truly like home. I’m really grateful for the two years I spent there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Glens Falls area.
