I have been living in this community for almost five years, and during that time I have lived in three different buildings. My overall experience has been very positive.

The common areas are always clean and well maintained, and the landscaping and green areas receive regular attention. Whenever I have reported an issue or something that needed to be repaired, the maintenance response has been quick and efficient. The maintenance staff is always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist.

I... would especially like to recognize Yanet at the front desk. She is wonderful! She is always kind, professional, and willing to help. Whenever I have a question, concern, or request, Yanet works quickly to find the best possible solution. Her efficiency and excellent customer service are greatly appreciated.

the receptionist was rude and not helpful.
every time you called it was a different story on what the qualifications are.

They were not specific at all with the qualifications.
They were rude and were not helpful at all.

The ladies in the leasing office are really nice, also helped us answer all our questions. When viewing the apartment it was beautiful. Fingers crossed ??

I lived in 3 Apts all very Awsome, yes I moved after a few years thinking I was saving money only to return after one year, Third apt I lived in for seven years a total of 10 years . The maintenance on point and the apt updated all on point .
