To who may be looking to live here. DO NOT ! The Cops are here almost every day. Their listing is false advertising. It’s not a safe place to live. Nothing ever gets fixed. There are registered pedophiles that live here. The property manager is never here. The heating bill is outrageous for the size of the unit due to none of the “renovations” that were done were done correctly for energy efficiency. Rent keeps going up year over year despite the empty promises or follow up for anything wrong... with the property. There is no courtyard! No stainless steel appliances. No granite countertops. And no hardwood floors. The basements flood and the sewer backs up in the basements and tenants responsibility to clean up the aftermath of the sewer backing up ! 0 out of 10 recommend!!!

A great place to live
I lived at Chateau West Apartment for just over a year and loved renting there. It was a real treat to have a nice, two-story apartment!
